Experience

Education:
I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Southern California and my M.S. in Mental Health Counseling at Pace University.

Experience:
My training and internship at Four Winds Hospital in Katonah allowed me an opportunity to work with a psychiatric inpatient population. Holding the position of Mental Health Counselor in the private school sector of Westchester county gave me an opportunity to work with 6th-12th graders and their families as they navigated family, academic and peer stressors and pressures. Training at a food addiction and eating disorder practice educated me in nutrition and gave me specific experience integrating my DBT training with addiction behaviors. My work as a clinician at Family Services of Westchester Mental Health Clinic provided me with extensive experience treating a broad spectrum of mental health issues across a diverse population of individuals, couples and families.

Working as a counselor and psychotherapist since 2010, I utilize my training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) coupled with my knowledge and understanding of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamics and the importance of holistic health practices, to achieve steady and significant growth and results with my clients. I understand that psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing are intimately connected and I observe my clients from this multi-dimentional perspective.
